AC3 Custom Order Policy
Every custom piece from AC3 is made with intention. We believe custom apparel should represent your organization with quality, creativity, and attention to detail. Please review our policy before placing your order.
Design & Approval
Every custom order includes a design approval process. Digital proofs will be provided before production begins, and printing will not start until you have approved the final artwork.
Please review all artwork carefully, including spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and quantities. Once approved, the design is considered final.
Minimum Orders
Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the garment, printing method, and level of customization requested. Orders below the minimum may incur additional setup fees.
Garment Options
You may purchase garments directly through AC3 or provide your own approved garments for decoration.
If customer-supplied garments are used, AC3 is not responsible for manufacturer defects, inconsistencies, shrinkage, or damage that may occur during the printing process. Due to the nature of garment decoration, we cannot guarantee replacement of customer-provided items.
Production Timeline
Production begins only after:
- Final artwork approval
- Payment or required deposit has been received
- Garment availability has been confirmed
Production times vary based on order size and garment availability. Need it sooner? Rush production may be available for an additional fee.
Changes & Cancellations
Because every order is made specifically for you, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. Any approved changes after artwork approval may result in additional charges and revised production timelines.
Custom Products Are Final Sale
All custom orders are made exclusively for your organization or group and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives with a production error or defect caused by AC3, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Print & Color Variations
Slight variations in print size, placement, and color are a normal part of the printing process. Colors may appear differently on various garment fabrics and digital screens and do not constitute defects.
Intellectual Property
By submitting logos, artwork, or designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce and use those materials. AC3 is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.
Greek Organization Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authorization to reproduce fraternity, sorority, chapter, or organizational names, symbols, and artwork. AC3 reserves the right to decline any design that may violate licensing requirements or intellectual property laws.
